Information we collect

Account information such as your email address and authentication details through Supabase Auth.

Scan metadata such as project names, report summaries, findings, timestamps, and saved scan targets.

Connected repository metadata when you link GitHub, such as repository URLs and installation identifiers.

Purchase and billing information related to plan upgrades, subscription status, billing dates, and transaction records.

Support or feedback information you send to us directly.

Payments and billing providers

Sivero uses third-party payment processors to handle plan purchases and subscription billing.

We do not store full payment card numbers in our own application database.

We may store limited billing records such as your plan, subscription status, customer identifier, price identifier, billing period dates, and transaction-related metadata needed to operate the service.

What we do not keep

We do not store raw pasted code as part of your report history.

We do not store full ZIP contents as part of your report history.

We do not keep a permanent copy of repository source code as part of your account records.

How we use information

To run scans, generate findings, save reports to your account, and support repeat scans.

To send product emails or alerts you opt into.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Third-party services

Sivero may share relevant account, repository, billing, or notification data with service providers that help operate the product, such as authentication and database vendors, code hosting platforms you connect, payment processors, and email providers when notifications are enabled.

Do Not Track and third-party tracking

Sivero does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals with a separate tracking preference workflow.

Sivero is not designed to let third parties track your activity across unrelated websites through the product experience itself, though infrastructure providers may process standard service logs needed to operate the platform.

Policy changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice inside the product or by email when appropriate.

Your choices

You can review or delete account-level information through your account settings.

You can disconnect repositories and remove saved reports from your account.
