Use of the service

Sivero is provided for security review, reporting, and related account features.

You are responsible for the repositories, code, and data you choose to scan or connect.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email current.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sivero to break the law, abuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or by written agreement.

Your content

You keep ownership of your code, repositories, and submitted materials.

You grant Sivero the limited rights needed to process those materials to run scans, generate findings, and provide the service.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider using the pricing, billing cycle, and subscription terms shown at checkout.

You authorize Sivero and its payment processor to charge the selected plan price, applicable taxes, and any renewal charges unless you cancel before the next billing period begins.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law.

If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

Disclaimers and limits

Sivero provides security review assistance, not legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee that software is free of defects or vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused, the law requires it, or continued access creates risk for the platform or other users.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
